Through the sophisticated technology of a Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) Tescan Vega 3 we are able to experience a journey of discovery of the microcosmos of sugar, exploring five different varieties of sugar and their micro-worlds in all their seductive aesthetic and fascinating shapes.
